I specialize in addressing issues that arise within relationships and family dynamics. I also provide support during times of transition, such as divorce. Additionally, I use techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or family systems therapy to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. I am also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor who provides clinical supervision to individuals and groups.
I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and to work towards improving their emotional and mental well-being. I also provide a warm, compassionate, anc client-centered approach to helps my clients feel heard and understood.
