Compassionate therapy to help you mend, grow, and reconnect—with yourself and others.
Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or major life changes, our work together focuses on helping you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your most authentic self.
Recently engaged? Premarital counseling offers couples a supportive space to explore their relationship more deeply before marriage. Using the Prepare/Enrich assessment, we identify your relationship’s strengths and potential growth areas. Together, we work to strengthen communication, align expectations, and build a solid foundation for a lasting partnership.
Couples therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen your connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Whether you're facing conflict, trust issues, or feeling disconnected, therapy can help you rebuild intimacy and create healthier patterns using evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method.
Family therapy helps improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen the emotional bonds within your family system. Whether you're navigating transitions, parenting challenges, or relational stress, sessions provide a collaborative space to foster understanding, connection, and lasting change.

“Akila is old enough to be my daughter but her knowledge and intelligence in her area of expertise is beyond exceptional. I would recommend Akila to anyone who is dealing with marital discord. She's wonderful. She gets it.”
“Akila is thoughtful, personable and warm. She is very communicative and has given me so many helpful insights.”
"Akila has been a great therapist for me since our first session we clicked and I felt I could really open up to her day one! She has help me battle some issues I’ve had as I still overcome and work on bettering me everyday! I get so excited to talk to her in our next sessions! She’s really kind, open minded, and honest!"
“Akila is amazing! As soon as I was matched with her we got to talking. Has helped a lot in a short period of time and I can’t wait to see where my therapy with her takes me!!”
“I've been to other therapists before but none has ever made me feel at ease or more willing to open up like Akila does. Akila is down to earth honest, straight forward, respectful & caring. Not only has Akila helped me work through my own issues in my personal sessions, she also continues to work with us with couple sessions. Therapy is never easy but being on this journey with Akila as my therapist has made it doable & successful."
