About Mending Relationships Counseling Services, LLC

Our Philosophy

At Mending Relationships Counseling Services, LLC, We believe that healing is not just about fixing what's broken, it's about rediscovering your wholeness. Whether you're working through relationship challenges, personal transitions, or emotional wounds, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when we slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and with others. We honor each client's journey with empathy, cultural awareness, and a commitment to growth. We don't rush the process—we walk alongside you, helping you uncover your strength, rewrite your story, and mend from the inside out.

Our Approach

We take a holistic and systemic view of each client's experience - honoring your individual story while exploring the patterns and relationships that shape your emotional world. We integrate evidence-based practices such as the Gottman method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy with a culturally responsive and client-centered lens. Our goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can mend emotional wounds, strength self-awareness, and rebuild relationships - starting with the one you have with yourself.
